- SESTO Sp. z o.o. in Łódź designs, manufactures, installs and services the automation systems and power engineering devices for railway infrastructure, urban traction and power engineering.

WE IMPLEMENT THE QUALITY POLICY THROUGH:
- continuous improvement of cooperation with Customers, meeting their needs within the applicable legal and normative requirements;
- continuous improvement of the quality of manufactured products and services provided, together with raising the level of operational safety and reducing potential failures;
- strengthening our position on the market among manufacturers and suppliers of electronic control devices, automation and protections for direct-current power engineering, remote control systems;
- strengthening our position on the market among providers of repair and maintenance services for traction automation devices and remote control systems;
- achieving the position of a leading supplier of new and prototype solutions at the interface between electronics and traction power engineering;
- increasing our market share among suppliers of low-voltage railway power engineering devices (electric turnout heating, railway area lighting);
- care for the improvement of working conditions in terms of safety;
- creating safe and environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors of employees by constantly ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, raising their qualifications, as well as consultation, participation and involvement in activities for quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection;
- undertaking and implementing actions for the protection of the natural environment and for improving conditions related to occupational safety and the working environment, including through reduction and prevention of environmental pollution, reduction of OHS risks, including injuries and health issues, as well as elimination of actual and potential threats related to OHS and the environment.
The strategic objectives of the company are achieved through the implementation of operational objectives defined for individual departments.
The Company’s Management Board is obliged and commits itself to the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, based on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22163, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, applicable in Sesto.
The Company’s Management Board accepts responsibility for the Integrated Management System Policy and its periodic review.
All managers and directors of the Company are responsible for the adoption, application and dissemination of the Quality Policy and for its implementation so that the declared quality objectives are fully achieved.
